Job summary

WithYou in Wandsworth is seeking a dedicated Recovery Worker to support adults facing drugs and alcohol challenges. You will manage a caseload, coordinate care and deliver tailored interventions within a frontline team, ensuring dignity and respect in every interaction.

The role offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a supportive training environment and opportunities to develop within a large national charity.

Qualifications

• 3 years' references required and an enhanced DBS check.
• Experience in health/social care or related setting is desirable.
• Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Flexible and able to work across locations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload and provide continuity of care.
• Coordinate care and deliver interventions in partnership with teams.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality support to adults with substance misuse challenges.
