Job summary

WithYou in Shrewsbury is seeking a Recovery Worker to support criminal justice clients and coordinate care. You will be the first point of contact, take referrals, and cover staff absence while delivering high-quality recovery support to a diverse client group.

We expect compassion, motivation, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in health, social care, criminal justice or related setting.
• Ability to build relationships and work in partnership.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for the service, including taking referrals and answering queries.
• Cover staff absence and support areas in central/north county and Shrewsbury.
• Manage an active caseload, coordinate care and deliver interventions.
• Work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, some Saturdays.
