Phoenix Futures invites applications for a Service Manager at HMP Bure. You will lead a team, deliver tailored interventions, and support men in recovery within a Cat C prison setting. The role offers professional development and a collaborative work environment.

Strong leadership, care for staff development, and partnership-building are essential to help residents progress towards long-term recovery and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing people and staff development.
• Experience in health and social care, preferably in substance use or mental health.
• Evidence of effective partnership working and ability to network for clients.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload with excellent organisation.
• Proficient in Outlook/Word; familiar with database systems.

• Support men at HMP Bure to reach their goals and change lives.
• Work as part of a passionate team delivering tailored interventions and recovery approaches.
• Contribute to provision of psychosocial treatment and support.
• Maintain organised records and manage caseload effectively.
