Qualifications

• Experience in health and social care, ideally with substance use or mental health.
• Proven ability to network for client and service benefit.
• Experience managing a busy caseload or multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word; familiar with database systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to understand complex issues for individuals entering custody.
• Driven, with a willingness to learn and to make a difference.
