Waythrough is seeking a Recovery Coordinator for the Pier Road Project at Erith Health Centre. You will contribute to a multidisciplinary Drug and Alcohol Service, supporting adults to build long‑term recovery through psychosocial interventions and personalised plans.

The role involves managing a caseload, delivering group and 1:1 sessions, and coordinating with partner agencies to enable progression to sustained recovery.

Qualifications

• Experience working in drug and alcohol recovery services
• Ability to deliver psychosocial interventions
• Strong communication and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload and develop recovery/treatment plans
• Carry out triage, screening and assessments
• Deliver structured psychosocial interventions in groups and 1:1
• Collaborate with partner agencies to support progression to sustained recovery
• Facilitate access to treatment pathways and community resources
