Waythrough is seeking a Recovery Coordinator to join our Erith Health Centre team. You will deliver psychosocial interventions and manage recovery-focused plans within a multidisciplinary service that supports adults 18+. The role also leads the Ketamine Project, developing targeted interventions for ketamine users.

The post involves one-to-one and group work, with a strong emphasis on recovery capital, self-efficacy and collaborative care across partners.

Formación

• Experience working in the drug and alcohol sector.
• Experience delivering group interventions.
• Strong communication, assessment and organisational skills.
• Desirable: direct substance use experience.
• Encouragement for candidates with transferable skills and relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload and develop recovery/treatment plans.
• Carry out triage, screening and assessments.
• Deliver structured psychosocial interventions in group and one-to-one settings.
• Collaborate with partner agencies to support progression to recovery.
• Facilitate access to treatment pathways and community resources.
• Liaise with families and professionals.
• Lead ketamine-specific interventions as part of the Ketamine Project.
