Job summary

Change Grow Live in Walsall is seeking a Recovery Coordinator to assess and engage with service users, guiding them into the right interventions and supporting their recovery journey within our duty team at The Beacon.

This fixed-term role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) and involves screening, assessment, recovery planning, and collaborative referrals while promoting person-centred care and information governance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of substance misuse issues and experience of working within a similar field.
• Experience of working with groups/pods and managing group dynamics, such as conflict or challenging behaviour.

• Support service users from entry into the service and through their treatment/recovery journey.
