Job summary

Waythrough is seeking a Recovery Coordinator to join the Cumbria team, supporting adults receiving treatment for opiate use. Based at Whitehaven with occasional work at Workington, you will manage your own caseload and work with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, person-centred care.

You will conduct triage, assessments, and interventions, link clients to housing, health and employment support, and maintain accurate records using SystmOne.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a caseload in health, social care or substance-use settings.
• Experience delivering person-centred care and working in a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to work across Whitehaven and Workington sites with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of adults in treatment for opiate use and develop personalised recovery plans.
• Conduct triage, screening and assessments and tailor interventions.
• Coordinate care with prescribing clinicians and partner agencies.
• Maintain accurate records of recovery plans and safeguarding using SystmOne.
