Job summary

Change Grow Live is recruiting a Senior Worker - Ketamine in Liverpool to manage a complex caseload and deliver tailored, practical support. You will engage with health and treatment services, work with Recovery Coordinators and partners to ensure joined-up care, and respond to ketamine-related health concerns with appropriate escalation.

The role offers full-time hours, permanent contract, and opportunities for professional development within a compassionate, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with complex substance use needs in harm-reduction or recovery-focused setting.
• Ability to manage a complex caseload and maintain accurate case records.
• Sound understanding of ketamine-related harms and clinical escalation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a specialist and complex caseload with holistic assessments and recovery plans.
• Deliver evidence-informed one-to-one interventions including motivational and psychosocial work.
• Build relationships with individuals facing barriers to treatment and support services.
• Help people navigate health and treatment services including GP, hospital and specialist care.
• Provide practical support to attend appointments, explain options, make referrals and advocate for needs.
• Recognise ketamine-related health concerns and ensure timely escalation and referral.
• Collaborate with Recovery Coordinators, clinicians and partners to provide joined-up care.
• Contribute to risk management and safeguarding processes and maintain case records.
