Change Grow Live are a charity dedicated to helping people change the direction of their lives. We are recruiting a Recovery Coordinator to assess and engage with service users, ensuring they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that meets their needs.

You will work flexibly in a supportive team, using your listening skills and curiosity to understand individual circumstances and to coordinate care.
