Job summary

Johnsons Cars is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician for Volkswagen Redditch. The role focuses on servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards within a busy workshop.

You will diagnose faults with modern equipment, complete repairs efficiently, and conduct EVHC checks while recording all work per company processes. A strong attention to detail and a full UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic in a dealership environment.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnosing faults using modern diagnostic equipment.
• Completing repairs efficiently and to a high standard.
• Conducting vehicle health checks (EVHC) and identifying additional work.

We’re recruiting an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our team at Volkswagen Redditch.
