A large medical practice in Coventry is seeking a highly motivated GP Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in a busy environment. Responsibilities include welcoming patients, assisting the practice team, and managing administrative tasks. An attractive work environment is offered with required shifts specified.
We are seeking a highly motivated, IT literate, forward thinking and quality aware individual to join our expanding GP Surgery as a GP Receptionist (Patient Care Co-ordinator) - due to the nature of the role, proven sales experience with high target work would be advantageous.
We are looking for 2 candidates to work one of the shifts below:
Shift 1: Monday 8am to 1pm & 2pm to 6:30pm, Wednesday 2pm to 6:30pm, Thursday 8am to 1pm & 2pm to 6:30pm & Friday 8am to 1pm & 2pm to 6:30pm - 33 hours per week.
Shift 2: Monday 8am to 1pm & 2pm to 6:30pm, Thursday 8am to 1pm & 2pm to 6:30pm & Friday 8am to 1pm & 2pm to 6:30pm - 28.5 hours per week.
Please do not apply if you cannot work one of the shifts above, as due to surgery business opening hours we are unable to negotiate the shift times.

We are a large, suburban practice in Cheylesmore, Coventry near to the City Centre.
We have 14,000 registered patients, we are also a training practice for GP's, Nurses and Physician Associates.
We have 8 GP's, 1 Clinical Pharmacist, 1 Paramedic Practitioner, 1 HCA, 1 Nurse Practitioner and 1 Nurse Associate.
