Vets Now Staines is seeking a Part Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our urgent care team. You will greet clients, handle calls, and manage payments in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Working evenings and weekends, you will relay updates to the veterinary team and perform general administrative duties, supporting clinicians and providing compassionate customer service to pet owners.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services:
  • Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions.
• Provide updates:
  • Relay information to the veterinary team about patients enroute to the clinic or clients in need of assistance.
• Handle administration duties:
  • Perform administrative tasks accurately.

Working pattern

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 19:00 to 00:00 and Saturday from 17:00 to 00:00

Week 2: Thursday and Friday from 19:00 to 00:00

Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
