Vets Now Bath is seeking a friendly, organized Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our emergency care team. You will greet clients, answer calls, process payments, manage appointments, and relay important information to the veterinary team during urgent cases.

Role Overview

• Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services:
  • Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions.
• Provide updates:
  • Relay information to the veterinary team about patients enroute to the clinic or clients in need of assistance.
• Handle administration duties:
  • Perform administrative tasks accurately.

Working pattern

Week 1: Thursday 19:00-00:00

Week 2: Thursday 19:00-00:00 & Saturday 12:00-17:00

Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
