Job summary

Vets Now Nottingham seeks a Part Time Veterinary Receptionist to be the first friendly face for clients during emergencies. You will greet clients, take calls, book appointments and handle payments with care.

In this role you will support the clinic team with administration, keep veterinary staff updated on patients en route, and provide calm, compassionate client assistance when they need it most. Flexibility with shifts is required to cover evenings and weekends, contributing to a responsive,

• Client Support: Be a friendly and reassuring presence, offering support and information when clients need it most; act as liaison between clients and veterinary professionals.

Working pattern

A proposed rota pattern is below, although some flexibility over shifts will be required:

Week 1: Saturday from 18:00 to 23:00 and Sunday from 08:00 to 16:00

Week 2: Thursday from 18:00 to 23:00

Week 3: Saturday from 18:00 to 23:00 and Sunday from 16:00 to 23:00

Week 4: Thursday from 18:00 to 23:00

Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
