Receptionist - Alton Towers Resort

We are currently recruiting for Receptionists to join us at the Hotels within Alton Towers Resort, the UK's only attraction dedicated to making Britain happy!

Are you passionate about creating a welcoming first impression? As a crucial part of our customer-facing team, you will alternate between our five Hotels. Collaboration is key, as the first and last impression of our guests depends on your service. You will be responsible for addressing guest issues, handling cash and keys, and ensuring guest information is accurately passed to the relevant departments.

This role involves working various shifts, including early shifts (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM) and late shifts (2:30 PM to 10:30 PM).
