Your Housing Group has an exciting opportunity for a full-time, permanent reception and administrative role at Ravenhead Foyer, a supported accommodation scheme for 16–25 year olds.
The Foyer team is committed to the development of young people through bespoke training and support.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, providing high-quality administrative support to the team.
Reception cover from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday – Friday.
To succeed as a Customer Service Officer at YHG, you should demonstrate:
