Location: BMW Stoke

Working hours: 42.5; Monday- Friday: 08:30-18:00

Salary: £27,059 per annum

We have a fantastic opportunity for a friendly, welcoming, and bubbly individual to join our team as a Receptionist servicing our Central Functions teams and enquiries. You will be our first point of contact for Lookers employees as well as external visitors, you will be crucial in providing a first-class Lookers experience.

Our Receptionists are passionate about delivering first-class customer experiences and let their warm, friendly personality shines through during each interaction either over the phone, via email or in person.

• Being the first point of contact for our Lookers employees as well as external visitors when visiting the site.
• Responding to queries in person, via email and also over the phone
• Contributing to a happy, positive working and team environment
• Always maintain highest levels of professionalism
  
  
  

We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent communication skills and can demonstrate a successful blend of confidence and assertiveness when dealing with people. It is important that you can show warmth and empathy as well as an approachable and professional manner. We are also on the hunt for an individual who demonstrates strong organisation skills and a key eye for detail.

Having experience working in a similar role would be an advantage.
