A global investment firm is seeking a Receptionist / Business Administrator to support its busy Front of House operations. This role involves managing reception duties, coordinating events, and handling various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2:1 degree and possess excellent organisational, communication, and digital skills. The position offers a collaborative environment and professional growth opportunities, with core hours from 07:00–19:00 and various benefits, including a discretionary bonus and private medical coverage.

The successful candidate will hold a minimum 2:1 degree (or international equivalent) and bring strong academic foundations. You will have excellent administrative capability, strong digital literacy, and confidence using Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Fast typing skills, the ability to learn new tools quickly, and a comfort with automation or streamlining processes are highly valued.
You will have exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace, and a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. A calm, discreet, and confident nature is key, alongside initiative, problem-solving ability, and a proactive, collaborative approach. Someone who is organised, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-moving environment will excel in this role.
