Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, creating a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls and emails efficiently and courteously.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing diaries, and coordinating internal events.
  • Support colleagues and management with ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in reception or office administration is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
