Job summary

MyDentist is hiring a warm, patient-focused receptionist for our Greenway Road practice in Runcorn. The role is on-site, full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:45am–5:30pm with a one-hour lunch break; occasional Saturday mornings may be required.

This is a 12-month fixed-term position. You’ll handle front desk duties, greet customers, manage phone calls and emails, keep appointments running smoothly, and support the team with daily tasks.

Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist

You’ll be joining us at our Greenway Road practice in Runcorn, WA7 4NW. As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face to face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls, emails and enquiries to our front desk.

This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:30pm, with a one-hour lunch break. Occasional Saturday morning shifts may be required. Please note, this is a 12-month fixed-term position.

As a receptionist, you’ll be based on-site in our practice, so working from home isn't possible.
