Job summary

mydentist UK in Trowbridge is seeking a part-time receptionist to deliver outstanding customer service to patients and visitors. You’ll manage front desk duties, answer calls, and help ensure smooth appointment flow during a 16-hour week, on-site with no home working.

Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist

You’ll be joining us at our Trowbridge. As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face to face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls to our front desk.

The working pattern for this role is part-time 16 hours per week, between Monday and Friday between 8am and 8pm. As a receptionist, you’ll be based on site in our practice, so home working is not possible.
