Job summary

mydentist is hiring a receptionist for our Greenway Road practice in Runcorn. The role is full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday 8:45am–5:30pm, with a one-hour lunch break and occasional Saturday shifts. This 12-month fixed-term position offers a patient-focused environment with stable hours and career development opportunities.

You’ll welcome customers, manage appointments, and provide clear information while supporting the team to keep the practice compliant and well organised.

Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist

You’ll be joining us at our Greenway Road practice in Runcorn, WA7 4NW. As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face to face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls, emails and enquiries to our front desk.

This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:30pm, with a one-hour lunch break. Occasional Saturday morning shifts may be required. Please note, this is a 12-month fixed-term position.

As a receptionist, you’ll be based on-site in our practice, so working from home isn’t possible.
