Job summary

mydentist (UK) Pudsey Practice is seeking a receptionist to deliver outstanding customer service at the front desk, greeting patients in person and handling phone inquiries with care.

You will join a supportive team at 51 Richardshaw Lane, Pudsey, LS28 7NB, and help manage appointments, provide clear information, and keep the reception area organized and welcoming for everyone.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or reception roles is preferred.
• Able to learn new computer systems quickly.
• Ability to multitask and work towards KPI targets.

Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist

You’ll be joining us at our Pudsey Practice ,51 Richardshaw Lane, Pudsey, Pudsey, LS28 7NB.. As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face to face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls to our front desk.

The working pattern for this role is Working hours Monday 5-7.15pm, Wednesday 5-7.15pm and Saturday Mornings 9.00-1.00pm.
