Job summary

mydentist in Nice Town is seeking a receptionist to provide outstanding customer service to patients and visitors, both face to face and over the phone. You will be based on site at the Nice Street practice with standard hours, contributing to a smooth-running front desk and a welcoming atmosphere.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, organisational skills, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment while supporting the team and patients with information and assistance.

Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist

You'll be joining us at our Nice Street practice in Nice Town, Postcode. As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face to face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls to our front desk.

The working pattern for this role is [e.g. full time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm]. As a receptionist, you'll be based on site in our practice, so home working is not possible.
