Job summary

mydentist is seeking a friendly receptionist in Stockport/Heaton Moor to deliver outstanding customer service to patients at the front desk and over the phone. You will manage appointments and support the team to keep the practice running smoothly.

The role is full-time, on-site, with training provided and a focus on delivering a welcoming patient experience in a busy dental practice environment.

Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist

You’ll be joining us at our Stockport practice in Heaton Moor, SK4 4HS.
As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face-to-face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls to our front desk.

The working pattern for this role is full-time, working Monday-Thursday 8:30 - 17:30 and Fridays 8:30 - 16:30. As a receptionist, you’ll be based on site in our practice, so working from home is not possible.
