Job summary

Dunston Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Norwich is seeking a customer‑focused receptionist to be the first friendly face guests meet. You’ll greet guests, assign rooms, process payments and handle general administrative duties with a professional, courteous manner.

You will resolve guest enquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction during every stay. The role requires energy, teamwork and the ability to multitask in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role and delivering high-quality service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with guests.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

What will I do?

You will be the first impression a guest will have upon arriving at the hotel, you’ll greet guests, assign rooms, take payments and general administrative duties. Ensure all guest enquiries/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
