Job summary

Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Leeds outskirts is a 4*, 152-bedroom property offering dining, leisure facilities and events spaces. The receptionist will warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, process payments and handle inquiries with courtesy, aiming to exceed guest expectations.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for service, prior customer-facing experience, and strong organisation and multitasking skills to thrive in a busy hotel environment.

What will I do?

You will be the first impression a guest will have upon arriving at the hotel, you’ll greet guests, assign rooms, take payments and general administrative duties. Ensure all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located on the outskirts of Leeds and is a 4*, 152-bedroom property. Our hotel is set in acres of woodland with a 27-hole golf course and the dining options include the Calverley Grill restaurant, the Claret Jug restaurant, Champagne bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
