Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Grantham invites a customer-focused individual to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them on arrival, assisting with room allocation and handling payments, while performing general admin duties.

We expect you to resolve guest enquiries or complaints with professionalism to maintain high levels of satisfaction throughout the stay. Join a team dedicated to hospitality and guest care.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service.
• Have worked in a customer facing role.
• Conflict resolution experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.

Job Overview:

you will be the first impression a guest will have upon arriving at the hotel,you’ll greet guests, assign rooms, tak e payments and general administrative duties.Ensure all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner,always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
