GAUCHO Newcastle is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our high-end hospitality team. The role focuses on delivering memorable guest experiences, welcoming guests, and supporting operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with the reception team, manage reservations with professionalism, and contribute to sales growth while representing GAUCHO with warmth and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Work with the reception team to offer an unforgettable experience to all Gaucho guests on arrival, departure and during their visit.
• Ensure all GAUCHO reservations are processed professionally and accurately.
• Support and assist the management team to maximise sales revenues through cover driving and business optimisation
• Be the face of GAUCHO and demonstrate service excellence through heightened hospitality

Job description

GAUCHO is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Receptionist to join our GAUCHO Newcastle team!
