Permanent Part Time (18 hours - 2 x 9 hour days - Thurs / Fri)

Salary: 13 per hour

The Dermatology Partnership is a growing group of private clinics who are trusted experts in dermatology and are now part of Bupa Health Services. We transform peoples lives by providing outstanding dermatology care. As Receptionist you are responsible for managing the overall Reception function within the Clinic. You will ensure that patients receive a friendly efficient and professional service. You are a crucial part of the team looking after the day-to-day running of the clinic. You will work in conjunction with The Dermatology Partnership Central Bookings and Central Admin Team.

This role is at our Solihull Clinic.

Role Responsibilities
  • Set up clinics check in patients manage appointments (bookings follow-ups cancellations) and ensure clinic rooms are ready.
  • Print schedules prescriptions and post letters; handle documentation audit trails and consultant referral / charge sheets accurately.
  • Assist with doctors and nurses administrative needs including prescription handling and responding to queries.
  • Understand self-funding / insured patient processes take payments / deposits process refunds and liaise with the bookings team.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures for all tasks including internal referrals patient documentation and end-of-day responsibilities.
