Klarent Hospitality is seeking a Receptionist to join our busy team in London. You will greet guests, manage Check-In and Check-Out, and ensure a smooth guest experience.

The role requires excellent customer service, a team spirit, and basic IT skills. You will handle guest queries with speed and professionalism and promote hotel services to maximise occupancy.

The Role:

• As a receptionist, you will contribute to the cycle of the guest experience, providing excellent service from Check-In until Check-Out
• Assist with guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rate, packages and other general product knowledge
• Maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
• Ensuring a high level of compliance with hotel security, fire regulations and health and safety legislations
