Job summary

Valor Hospitality in High Wycombe is seeking a friendly, energetic Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm welcome and providing information about hotel services, facilities and the local area.

You will be the face of our hotel for guests using restaurants, bars and meeting rooms. The role offers full training and requires a flexible approach to shifts across seven days a week.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the hotel for guests, including those using restaurant, bar and meeting facilities.
• Provide friendly, informative responses about hotel services, facilities and local attractions.
• Deliver a warm, professional welcome and set a positive tone for each guest's stay.
• Assist guests with inquiries and support the guest experience; full training provided.

We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Receptionist to join our team.

First impressions are everything and you will set the tone for every guest's stay. With a genuinely warm welcome, you'll be ready with answers to any questions and be able to offer information about hotel services, facilities and the local area. Anything to help make the guests visit that bit more special.

You will be the face of our hotel, not just to guests staying on property but to guests visiting to use our restaurants, bars and meeting rooms.

You must have a natural hospitality charm and a passion for service.

Ideally you will have experience of working within a branded hotel environment but this isn't essential and full training will be provided.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
