Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a friendly Night Receptionist for casual night shifts in Manchester. You will set the tone for guest stays with a warm welcome and provide information about hotel services and local area. You may also interact with guests using restaurants, bars and meeting rooms.

Prior branded-hotel experience is a plus, but full training will be provided. The role offers 7-day coverage, flexible shifts, and is open to diverse applicants. Eligibility to work in the UK is required.

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly manner and answer questions about hotel services and local area
• Be the face of the hotel for guests using restaurants, bars and meeting rooms
• Support guests and colleagues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay

Job description

Occasional Worker Agreement - Casual, £13.21 per hour

We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Night Receptionist to join our team.

First impressions are everything and you willset the tone for every guest’s stay.With a genuinely warm welcome, you’ll be ready with answers to any questions and be ableto offer information about hotel services, facilities and the local area. Anything to help make the guests visit that bit more special.

You will be the face of our hotel, not just to guests staying on property but to guest visiting to use our restaurants, bars and meeting rooms.
You must have a natural hospitality charm and a passion for service.

Ideally you will have experience of working within a branded hotel environment but this isn't essential and full training will be provided.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
