Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our team in Chester. You will greet guests, answer questions about services and the local area, and provide warm, responsive service to guests throughout their stay.

The role involves working across hotel facilities, including restaurants, bars and meeting rooms, with full training provided. Availability across evenings and weekends is preferred, and we offer a flexible schedule on an occasional worker contract.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly welcome and respond to questions about hotel services, facilities and local area.
• Provide information and assistance to guests staying in the hotel, restaurants, bars and meeting rooms.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and general front desk duties as needed.
• Keep reception area tidy and handle reservations and guest requests with a high level of service.

£12.71 per hour. Occasional Worker Contract

We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Receptionist to join our team.

First impressions are everything and you will set the tone for every guest’s stay. With a genuinely warm welcome, you’ll be ready with answers to any questions and be able to offer information about hotel services, facilities and the local area. Anything to help make the guests visit that bit more special.

You will be the face of our hotel, not just to guests staying on property but to guest visiting to use our restaurants, bars and meeting rooms.
You must have a natural hospitality charm and a passion for service.

Ideally you will have experience of working within a branded hotel environment but this isn't essential and full training will be provided.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
