Job summary

Crowne Plaza Stratford Upon Avon is looking for friendly team members to deliver exceptional guest experience. You will greet guests warmly, answer questions about hotel services and local attractions, and help ensure a memorable stay.

You will already have experience of working within a branded hotel environment and be comfortable working in a fast paced role dealing with people on a daily basis.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
