Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester - Piccadilly is hiring a friendly receptionist to join our team. You will set the tone with a genuinely warm welcome, answer questions and provide information about hotel services, facilities and the local area. You’ll be the face of the hotel for guests visiting our restaurants, bars and meeting rooms.

The role requires a natural hospitality charm and passion for service. Brand training is provided and shifted work will be available across our 7-days-a-week

• Friendly, passionate and energetic receptionist.
• Great first impression and warm welcome to guests.
• Experience in branded hotel environment preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the hotel for guests and visitors.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities and local area.
• Answer questions and assist with guest needs at check-in and during stay.
• Support guests in restaurants, bars and meeting room areas.

£12.71 per hour. Occasional Worker Contract

We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Receptionist to join our team.

First impressions are everything and you will set the tone for every guest’s stay. With a genuinely warm welcome, you’ll be ready with answers to any questions and be able to offer information about hotel services, facilities and the local area. Anything to help make the guests visit that bit more special.

You will be the face of our hotel, not just to guests staying on property but to guest visiting to use our restaurants, bars and meeting rooms.

You must have a natural hospitality charm and a passion for service.

Ideally you will have experience of working within a branded hotel environment but this isn't essential and full training will be provided.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
