Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow is looking for a Receptionist to join our front desk team. You will warmly welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out, and provide information about hotel facilities and local area to ensure a seamless stay.

We offer a competitive salary of £26,520 plus Tronc, 28 days holiday, free meals on duty, uniform, staff discounts and a range of wellbeing and incentive schemes within the Arora group.

About us...

Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow is the only hotel with direct access to Terminal 2 and is directly connected to the underground, mainline and Elizabeth Line. The hotel has 369 rooms and some exciting food and beverage outlets, including the Runway Bar, which offers amazing views of the airplanes taking off and landing. It has five conference rooms for up to 65 people and features a state-of-the-art fitness centre.

Receptionists in our team play a crucial role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Ensuring every guest receives excellent service throughout their stay.

• Greet our guests with a warm welcome and an infectious smile.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently,
• Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local area.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Answering calls, allocating rooms, and preparing guests’ bills.
