Job summary

mydentist Gorleston is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our on-site team at Lowestoft Road, Gorleston, NR31 6NB. The role involves welcoming patients, handling phone calls and managing front-desk operations.

You’ll work 40 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 8:30-5:30 and Friday 8:00-5:00, with a focus on great patient care and smooth clinic flow.

Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist Gorleston

You’ll be joining us at our Lowestoft Road practice in Gorleston, NR31 6NB. As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face to face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls to our front desk.

The working pattern for this role is as follows:

Monday-Thursday 8:30-5:30

Friday 8:00-5:00

40 hours per week

As a receptionist, you’ll be based on site in our practice, so home working is not possible.
