Job summary

mydentist Saint James in Norwich is seeking a receptionist to provide outstanding customer service to patients both face-to-face and on the phone, while efficiently managing front-desk calls and appointments.

You will be based on site at the Norwich practice with a pattern including weekday and Saturday shifts, contributing to a smooth, compliant, and friendly patient experience. Training and a supportive team are provided.

Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist Saint James

You’ll be joining us at our practice in Norwich, NR3 1TL. As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face to face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls to our front desk.

The working pattern for this role is as follows:

Monday 08.00-17.30

Tuesday 08.00-17.30

Thursday 08.00-17.00

Friday 08.00-17.30

Saturday 07.45-15.10

As a receptionist, you’ll be based on site in our practice, so home working is not possible.
