Nuffield Health Bournemouth Hospital is seeking a friendly Receptionist on a 30-hour-per-week contract. You will greet patients, answer calls, book appointments and direct people to changing or waiting areas, helping the department run smoothly.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and IT skills, welcome patients warmly, and work well with colleagues in a busy healthcare environment.

Qualificações

• Experience working in healthcare administration or on reception is preferred.
• Strong communication and IT skills are essential.
• Able to explain sensitive information clearly and empathetically.

Responsabilidades

• Answer the phone, deal with enquiries and book appointments.
• Welcome patients in person, directing them to changing or waiting rooms.
