Job summary

Nuffield Health is looking for a friendly Receptionist at Wessex Hospital to welcome patients, answer calls and manage appointments. The role emphasizes clear communication, empathetic service and the ability to explain complex information simply.

The position is bank/per-diem, part-time, with an hourly rate of £13.10 and a benefits package including pension and gym access. You will work ad-hoc to meet hospital needs and patient flow.

As a Receptionist at our hospital, you’ll have great communication, IT and keyboard skills. You’re also able to explain sensitive or complicated information in a way that’s clear, sympathetic and easy to understand. Ideally, you have experience of working in healthcare administration or on reception.

As a Receptionist, you will:
