Klarent Hospitality Limited is seeking a Receptionist to join our team in the UK. You will greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, and assist with inquiries in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, be a team player with strong IT skills, and stay composed under pressure to ensure a high-quality guest experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support guest check-in and check-out processes to ensure a smooth arrival and departure.
• Assist with guest queries promptly and efficiently.
• Have knowledge of hotel room categories, rate plans, packages and general product information.
• Maximise room occupancy and promote hotel services and facilities through up-selling.
• Ensure high standards of security, fire safety and health & safety compliance.

The Role:

• As a receptionist, you will contribute to the cycle of the guest experience, providing excellent service from Check-In until Check-Out
• Assist with guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rate, packages and other general product knowledge
• Maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
• Ensuring a high level of compliance with hotel security, fire regulations and health and safety legislations
