Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Guest Services Receptionist in Central London to create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and colleagues. You will be the face of a prestigious corporate workplace, delivering five-star hospitality with warmth and polish from arrival to departure.

Based on-site, you will handle room preparation, guest services, and light administration, while maintaining an immaculate reception area and supporting mail and facilities tasks as needed.

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Guest Services Receptionist

Location: Central London Salary: £17.00 / hour Hours: 35 hours, Monday-Friday between 07:00am - 16:30pm (shift pattern) Reporting to: UK Head of Customer and Colleague Experience Be the reason every guest feels instantly welcome At Signature, we do more than welcome people - we create memorable experiences from the moment they arrive.
