Job summary

Signature is seeking an experienced Guest Services Receptionist in Central London to welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism. You’ll be the face of a premium corporate environment, managing arrivals, guiding guests and supporting colleagues throughout the day.

You’ll own the guest journey from arrival to departure, prepare meeting rooms, assist with mail and admin tasks, and collaborate with workplace teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, customer service or corporate reception.
• Able to connect with people and communicate confidently.
• Proud presentation and proactive problem-solving.

Guest Services ReceptionistLocation: Central London
Salary: £17.00 / hour
Hours: 35 hours, Monday–Friday between 07:00am – 16:30pm (shift pattern)
