Job summary

Reed is seeking a dedicated Reception Teacher to join our early years team in Lowestoft. The role focuses on creating a warm, inclusive classroom that supports every child’s development and school readiness. It runs 5 days a week from after the Easter Half Term through the Summer Term.

You will plan, deliver, and assess EYFS teaching, build strong relationships with families, and work collaboratively with the EYFS team to ensure high standards and safeguarding at all times.

Qualifications

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is an ECT (Early Career Teacher) looking for their first role.
  • Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum.
  • Child-centred approach with enthusiasm, creativity and patience.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to inclusion, wellbeing and high standards of early education.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, nurturing, and creative Reception Teacher to join our early years team in Lowestoft.   • Foster the social, emotional, and communication skills essential for school readiness.
  • Work collaboratively with the EYFS team and wider school staff to deliver a cohesive early years provision.
