Job summary

Supply Desk are seeking a Reception Teacher in Hemel Hempstead to start in September. This full-time role requires strong EYFS knowledge, QTS, and a nurturing, inclusive approach to early years learning.

You will plan play-based activities, assess progress, and work with parents and colleagues to ensure every child makes positive development strides in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

Supply Desk are currently seeking an enthusiastic, nurturing, and dedicated Reception Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Hemel Hempstead from September.

This full-time opportunity is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about providing children with the very best start to their education. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and be committed to creating a stimulating, inclusive, and engaging classroom where every child can develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

The role will involve planning and delivering creative, play-based learning experiences that inspire curiosity and support children's individual development. You will assess and monitor pupil progress, build positive relationships with parents and carers, and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure children thrive during this important stage of their learning journey.
