You will support the day-to-day management of the reception team and deputise for the Reception Lead when needed, delivering excellent patient care and maintaining high service standards across our two sites.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in a GP practice or similar healthcare environment.
• Understanding of patient confidentiality and high-quality customer service in a busy reception setting.
• Experience with SystmOne is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• deputise for Reception Lead in their absence and support day-to-day front-of-house operations.
• Assist with staff rotas, annual leave, induction and training of new starters.
• Provide ongoing support to existing staff and monitor performance.
• Escalate concerns appropriately while ensuring adherence to practice policies.
