• Cover reception, greet patients and visitors in a welcoming, professional manner.
• Manage appointment bookings and respond to patient queries.
• Support clinicians with paperwork, stocking rooms and daily duties.
• Ensure reception areas are clean, safe and well-organised.
• Lead reception team meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes.
