Job summary

Harbour Hotels is seeking a Reception Supervisor to join our team in Poole. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring outstanding customer service and a welcoming atmosphere across our luxury properties.

We require a minimum of 2 years in a hotel reception role and an excellent standard of English, written and spoken. OPERA experience is ideal, but full training will be provided to get you up to speed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests and ensure high standards of customer service.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Reception Supervisor to join the team. As Reception Supervisor you will be required to assist in ensuring every guest receives the ultimate in customer service and being the first point of contact, possess an engaging and friendly personality, always looking to go the extra mile. You will need to be an experienced Receptionist with a minimum of 2 years in a hotel reception role and ideally be trained in the use of OPERA, although full training will be given. You will also need to have an excellent standard of English, both written and spoken.
